The admin console is a conversation.
Adapt has full API access to its own system. Ask it who did what, what it cost, and what changed, and it answers from the same audit log, permissions and budgets it enforces: every capability check, denial, identity resolution and approval override is already a row. Sam K. changed the rule "Block all external email" to allow vendor domains. Casey M. approved it under the policy-change approval, 11 minutes later. Nothing was sent externally before the approval landed.
