For Rosie, every answer to every business question remained stuck in their database. For example, how many families signed up this month, how many sessions were completed, what the averages look like over time. The bottleneck was getting those answers out to the team. The team had tried PostHog for analytics but it didn’t stick: "We have to set up the right dashboards and queries and, frankly, I don’t know how to do it." That left two options. Either the founding engineer could build it manually, or the question just didn’t get answered.
Mitra found Adapt on Twitter and booked a call the same day. Her first question cut right to the point: "Can Adapt read directly from our database?" When the answer came back yes, she signed up, connected Slack, and Notion, and started querying data on the same call. The biggest unlock was Adapt’s app builder. The team started building custom dashboards directly from their data, no code required.
Within weeks of onboarding, team members across growth, operations, executive leadership, and marketing were using Adapt daily. Everyone at the company, from IC to exec, is increasing their usage daily. A month into the pilot, Mitra was already referring Adapt to other founders and startups.
