Volume Discounts

Enterprise pricing includes discounts based on committed annual spend. The more you commit, the lower your per-credit cost. Contact sales for a custom quote based on your expected usage.

Committed Spend

Lock in predictable costs with an annual commitment:
  • Predictable budgeting: Know your annual Adapt cost upfront
  • Lower rates: Committed spend qualifies for volume discounts
  • Overage at your rate: Usage above your commitment is billed at your discounted enterprise rate, not a higher overage rate
  • Credit toward commitment: If you start on Standard and upgrade, your existing usage is credited toward your annual commitment

Enterprise Contracts

Enterprise organizations are placed on dedicated contracts with the following billing behavior:
  • Same credit system: Enterprise contracts use the same credit ledger and usage gating as self-serve plans
  • Monthly credit grants: Credits are granted in monthly installments, not as a lump sum. Month 1 credits are granted when the contract is activated; subsequent months are granted automatically on each monthly anniversary.
  • Billing page: Enterprise users see a dedicated billing card with contract details, credit balances by source, and current contract status
  • Auto-recharge: Enterprise orgs can enable auto-recharge with an active sales contract to top up credits automatically

Billing for Enterprise

  • Card-based billing
  • Monthly or annual self-serve checkout
  • Annual self-serve plans are charged up front and include a 10% discount
  • Auto-recharge is available on active plans
Auto-recharge requires an active self-serve plan or an active enterprise sales contract.
Annual-to-monthly billing changes are not currently supported.

Credit Notifications

Enterprise organizations receive the same notifications as Standard:
  • 70% warning: Slack notification when 70% of your plan credits are consumed
  • Low balance banner: In-app banner visible to your team when credits are running low
  • Zero-credit pause: Scheduled tasks are paused automatically when your effective balance reaches zero
  • Recharge notification: Alert when an auto-recharge top-up fires
  • Resume notification: Confirmation when paused tasks resume after credits are added
