Start a message, get pulled away, and come back later — your text is still there. Adapt now caches whatever you've typed in the composer and keeps it available between chats and across reloads, so a half-finished thought no longer disappears when you refresh the page, close the tab, or switch to another conversation.
How it works
- Per conversation — Each chat keeps its own cached text, and the new-chat composer keeps its own too. Switch between chats and each one restores exactly what you left in it.
- Persists across reloads — Your unsent text survives a page refresh or reopening the tab, so you can pick up right where you left off.
- Cached automatically — There's nothing to enable. As you type, Adapt caches your text in the background and brings it back the next time you open that conversation.
- Cleared on send — Once you send the message, its cached text is dropped so it can't reappear later.
Unsent text is stored locally in your browser, so it stays private to you and to the device you're working on.
