Connection health alerts for integrations

Adapt now flags integrations that stop working and shows you exactly which connections to reconnect.

When a monitored integration stops working — an expired token, a revoked grant, or a failed token refresh — Adapt now tells you instead of failing silently. Broken connections are surfaced right where you manage them, so you can fix them before they interrupt a workflow.

What changed

  • Banner — A notice at the top of Settings → Integrations counts how many connections need attention, with a Review button that filters straight to them.
  • Status dot — Each integration tile shows an amber dot with a Needs re-auth label when one of its connections has a problem. Healthy connections keep their green dot.
  • Needs attention filter — A new sidebar filter groups every connection that needs reconnecting in one place.

How to fix a flagged connection

Open the flagged integration and reconnect it. Once you re-authorize, Adapt clears the error and the connection returns to healthy automatically.

This covers monitored OAuth integrations, including Slack, Linear, HubSpot, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

See the Integrations overview for more on managing connections.
