How RevSend automated Rev Ops with an AI computer
After failing with Salesforce Agent Force and outgrowing Make and N8N, a B2B gifting startup connected 21 tools to Adapt and turned their CEO into a one-person operations team.
RevSend

“It is like the second coming of ChatGPT moment. It is the first time I have seen agents actually work.”
Jonathan NahinCEO & Co-founder, RevSend
Three platforms, zero intelligence
Jonathan Nahin has been building and selling software for years. He knows what good tooling looks like. And he could not find an AI agent that actually worked. He spent weeks inside Salesforce Agent Force trying to build automation agents for RevSend's Rev Ops workflows. The setup was fragile and punishing — "if you messed up one step, you break the whole thing. It would be a full-time job to babysit your agents." He gave up on Agent Force and turned to Make and N8N instead. But neither could handle what RevSend actually needed.
- Make was affordable but required deep API knowledge to connect anything useful
- Self-hosted N8N was nearly free, but had no intelligence — it could move data between endpoints, but could not reason about it
- Neither could handle CRM work that consumed hours of the CEO’s week: data cleaning, field validation, CSV imports, reporting
- RevSend needed something that could connect to their full stack and actually think — not just shuttle data
Twenty-one tools connected. One platform to run them all.
RevSend connected Adapt to 21 tools and data sources — native integrations like Slack, HubSpot, and Google Workspace, plus 18 custom API connections spanning Shopify, Stripe, Apollo, Salesforce, their own RevSend API, AWS, DataDog, and their MySQL database. The difference from every other tool Jonathan had tried was immediate.
- CRM work became prompt-based — data cleaning, new field creation, validation rules, and reporting that used to require CSV exports now happen through a text prompt
- Custom API integrations took minutes, not weeks — the team gave Adapt their RevSend API docs and an API key, and within minutes sent a gift card through the API with a single prompt
- Webhook-based workflows replaced Make and N8N — automation flows connecting Apollo.io, Salesforce, HubSpot, and web scrapers now run through Adapt
- Web crawling became a research tool — used extensively for competitive research and lead enrichment
The CEO, freed from Rev Ops.
RevSend went from earlier Agent Force implementations and duct-taped automations to a single platform that handles Rev Ops, integrations, and workflow automation for the entire company. As Jonathan puts it: "As a CEO, I do not have to do the CRM work I used to have to do."
- Freed the CEO from manual CRM work — data cleaning, field validation, and reporting now happen through Adapt
- Replaced 3 platforms — Salesforce Agent Force, Make, and N8N were all replaced by Adapt
- 21 tools connected — every system in RevSend’s stack is accessible through natural language
- 1,270+ chats from a 4-person team in 4 months, averaging 300+ chats per person
