In-Product Feedback

Send feedback to the Adapt team directly from the sidebar.

There's now a Feedback button in the sidebar. Click it to open a modal, type a message about anything — bugs you've hit, features you want, rough edges in the experience — and hit send.

What it's for

This is a direct line to the Adapt team about your experience with the product. Use it for:

  • Bugs and unexpected behavior
  • Feature requests
  • UX friction or confusing flows
  • General observations about how Adapt is (or isn't) working for you

How submissions are handled

Every submission is stored and posted to the Adapt team's internal #feedback Slack channel in real time. A background job runs each submission through an LLM to flag actionable items and surface recommendations to the team, so nothing gets lost.

We read every message.

How to send feedback

  1. Click the Feedback button in the sidebar
  2. Write your message in the modal
  3. Press Send feedback (or Cmd/Ctrl + Enter)

That's it. No forms, no tickets, no triage queue you have to navigate.
