Configuring Zendesk
Go to Admin Center > Apps and integrations > APIs > Zendesk API, enable Token Access, and create an API token
Go to Settings > Integrations in the Adapt web app
Create a secret group and add ZENDESK_SUBDOMAIN, ZENDESK_EMAIL, and ZENDESK_API_TOKEN
Start a new chat and ask Adapt about open tickets
