Configuring Intercom
Go to your Intercom Developer Hub and create or use an app to get an Access token
Go to Settings > Integrations in the Adapt web app
Create a secret group and add INTERCOM_ACCESS_TOKEN with your Intercom access token
Start a new chat and ask Adapt about recent conversations or support volume
